Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.)

Description of Program:

The A.A.S. degree in Building Restoration, Preservation, and Renovation prepares you for employment in the management and technical arenas of building restoration, preservation, and renovation.

Course content includes, but is not limited to, governmental restoration requirements, grant preparation for restoration assistance, evaluation of restoration projects, location and acquisition of building materials, and supervision of technical and skilled personnel working on the restoration project. The program provides limited hands-on and operational experience with existing restoration projects.

Length: Two (2) years (66 credit hours)
