Description of Program:

The Drafting certifi cate prepares students for employment as drafting assistants. The course content includes, but is not limited to, communication skills, leadership skills, human relations and employability skills, safe and efficient work practices, blueprint machine operation, use of drafting tools and equipment, drafting skills, charts and graphs, computer aided drawings, and technical mathematics. This is a limited access program. Required for admission - TABE scores: Mathematics 10, Language 9, and Reading, 9.

Length: 1800 contact hours / 60 occupational credits
