Associate in Science (A.S.)
Description of Program:
This A.S. degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management prepares you for entry-level employment in a number of areas, including front office manager, dining room, restaurant, or kitchen manager, or any variety of positions in the hospitality and tourism field. Course content includes, but is not limited to, food service principles, food and beverage management and controls, sanitation, supervision, merchandising, and front office procedures.
