Purpose: To establish a program to encourage and promote the physical well being of employees in order to improve job performance and enhance quality of life. To improve the physical wellness of employees; to improve employee morale; to improve job performance; to reduce time lost due to employee illness; and allow employees to participate in wellness activities and still maintain their 2080 hours/year work requirement. |
