Purpose:  This committee provides a mechanism for review and advisement regarding the issues that deal with the operation of the Department of Cultural Programs.

Advisory Committee Members:

 

There will be a short (last minute) meeting on Saturday, Feb. 2nd  The primary reason is that  in recent days and weeks Doug has been made aware of many acts that are now touring Florida next season.  We’re not sure why there are so many late additions this year, but that’s what’s happening.  So, Doug would like to provide an opportunity to get feedback from the members before finalizing performances.  Sorry for the short notice, but your feedback is very important. 

 

The meeting will take place in room A-34 otherwise known as the “green room”  on Saturday, February 2nd  at 1:30 p.m. 

 

If you cannot attend, please advise and a list of the new acts will be sent out to you.
