Responsibilities

Planning and Institutional Effectiveness

The Office of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness is assigned the mission of creating a self-evaluating culture in which staff, faculty members and administrators become involved in the strategic planning process. Continuous self-evaluation ensures that planning and evaluation are implemented at all levels. The ultimate benefit is the continuing improvement of quality in educational programs and services for students.

Governmental Relations

South Florida Community College's Office’s Office of Governmental Relations promotes the interests of the college’s students, faculty, and alumni by serving as the liaison between the college and state government offices and legislative bodies for the purpose of increasing state funding and securing benefits.
