General Studies

Text Box: Offering courses ranging from Spanish to pottery, from philosophy to communications, and from community health to computer graphics, the fully certified faculty of the Liberal Arts/General Studies Department offer many of the courses in the general education requirements for the Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees.  The courses offered, whether required or elective, are presented through a wide range of instructional methods including on-line, 2-way interactive, as well as the traditional classroom instruction.  Many of the courses offered are offered as Honors courses.  The faculty endeavor to meet the needs of the students with focused instruction and diligent interest in the progress of each individual student.
