SFCC Auditorium Renovation
This project remodeled and renovated the auditorium into the current Theatre For The Performing Arts center. Everything down to the walls was removed and the space was rebuilt to include a balcony and side box seats, along with an orchestra pit, new elevators, and 2nd floor restrooms and office space.
The fly space was raised to allow for larger sets to be used, the proscenium was raised, and a loading lift was added to make unloading equipment for performances easier.

Building F and C Remodel
During this project the Science Laboratories and existing administrative offices were remodeled into administrative offices and a new multi-functional Board meeting room. A conference room was constructed to connect the two buildings. New restroom facilities and a kitchen for group functions were included with the project.

Building T Remodel
The former Nursing laboratories were remodeled into Smart classrooms for Corporate and Continuing Education.
Restroom facilities were added along with a kitchen for group functions.

Lake Placid Center Remodel
This project involved adding an elevator to Building 100 along with renovating the AC and electrical systems and all of the classrooms and offices. Building 200 received the same improvements and Building 300 received new restrooms on the east end. A new parking lot was added and the entire facility was connected to the existing city sewer system. HVAC systems upgrade. New parking lot for off street parking.

Health and Science Education Center
This 51,318 gross square-foot, two-story building now houses three health science laboratories (RN, LPN, and Radiography), eight natural science laboratories, general chemistry, organic chemistry, physical sciences, two general biology, anatomy and physiology, and microbiology, 10 related classrooms, faculty offices, storage, and student gathering spaces.
