Application Software Development
The primary focus of Application Software Development (ASD) is maintenance, analysis and programming support for SCT Banner ERP System, Oracle, and the Self Services Products.
ASD also provides:
- Support, maintenance, and development for applications and interfaces for Florida Academic Counseling and Tracking for Students (FACTS) system
- Support for College, State, and Federal reporting requirements, including Florida state databases for student, personnel, and facilities information
- Maintenance, support and development of various applications and systems
- Support and maintenance of AccuTrack academic appointments and attendance software
In order to provide customer service for all faculty, and staff who use these services, the IT Help Desk was established as the direct point of contact.
The IT Department and Help Desk are located on the Highlands Campus, first floor of Building I, behind Human Resources.
