Title: Grievance Procedures

A grievance is defined as a complaint raised by an employee, student, or visitor that there has been a violation or misinterpretation of Board policy.

The president is authorized to establish procedures for due process that will ensure that a sincere and determined effort is made to resolve grievances, and that all personnel receive fair and equitable treatment.

All parties to a grievance share the responsibility to seek, actively and conscientiously, a means for satisfactory resolution of all grievances.
