Florida Gulf Coast University
The library can be accessed at http://library.fgcu.edu/. For information on accessing electronic resources, click on Articles & Databases under Find. A link for Interlibrary Loan is provided under Make a Request. The links under Help & Instructions provide resources on using library resources. Note especially Research Guides and Tutorials & Handouts. For additional help, you can reach the Library Reference staff at 239-590-7630 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To access electronic resources in the library, you need to activate your FCGU account. Go to http://www.fgcu.edu/support. On the left of the page, click on Activate Your Account . On the support page, you should also use the Angel Tutorial link to learn how to use the Angel web portal for classes, including taking online quizzes and exams and turning in assignments.
Information for distance learners is accessible from the University home page at http://www.fgcu.edu. Click on Academics. On the new page, click on Distance Learning. Information on library services for distance learners is available at http://library.fgcu.edu/CSD/DL/distance.htm.
Florida State University
The home page for the libraries is at http://www.lib.fsu.edu. Here you will find a number of helpful links. In the center of the page under Library Services, you will find a link for Distance learners. The page that this opens provides information relevant to distance learners, including information on obtaining a FSU ID card.
The Distance Learner page also provides links for information on interlibrary loans, searching for articles and books, and a live chat Ask us now.
Help is available by a live chat link on the home page or by phone at 850-644-2706. Additional contact information is available under the Contact Us link on the home page under About the Libraries.
Library Services at Hodges University is available online from the University home page at http://hodges.edu. Click on “Academics” and then on “Library Services”.
To access the electronics resources (journal articles), use the “Find an Article” link on the library home page. You will need a library card. You should receive this at registration.
The library page offers access to research guides. Follow the “Get Help with Research” link on the library home page. Select guides by subject area or from the “Popular Guides” list.
Help is also available via the “Ask a Librarian” link on the library home page or by contacting the library staff via the “Staff” link. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are supplied for the staff.
Learning Resource Center
The Learning Resource Center can be accessed from the university home page via the Student Services link. On the page that opens, hover on the Student Services link and on the drop-down list click on Learning Resource Center. The LRC can also be directly accessed at http://icampus.strayer.edu/lrc/home.
Note on the LRC home page the links on the left that provide information on using the LRC. Links for the catalog and online databases are located here. The catalog is open to anyone. You will need to log in to access the databases. Use your student ID (found on any of your registrations documents) and the pin is a four digit number made up from your birth month (two digits) and birth year (two digits).
The Online Tutorials link offers some valuable information in such areas as effective Web searches. The Information Skills Modules guide you in the completion of a successful research project. The link for Plagiarism supplements the Information Skills Modules.

George A. Smathers Libraries
The library home page may be accessed at http://www.uflib.ufl.edu. On the home page, you will find links for all of the library services. As a distance learner, you will find the links for Distance Learners (under Using the Libraries) and Off-Campus Access to be particularly helpful. You will need a GatorLink Account for access to many of the services. Off-Campus Access provides links to establish an account.
The Distance Learners page provides links for information on using e-resources and interlibrary loans (you must establish an account for this--use the UF VPN link). There is also a link for accessing Course Reserves.

The home page for the library system is at http://www.lib.usf.edu. Use the links under Research to provide access to online resources including the catalog, databases, e-journals, and e-books. If you do not have a USF NetID, information on obtaining one is provided on the page that opens from the Log in for full access button. If you attempt to access any e-resources before logging in, you will be directed to a login page.

Pontious Learning Resource Center
The Pontious Learning Resource Center is accessible at http://www.warner.edu/lrc. On the left side of the home page, there are links for the catalog, databases, e-books, and library information and services, including information on interlibrary loans.
Under About the Library the Services link will give you information on using the library as a Distant Learner. For information on obtaining a bar code number/student ID, use the link Frequent Questions. The Contact Us link will provide sources for further help.

The Grace and Roger Babson Library
Information on the library is available at http://www.webber.edu. Under Academics, click on Babson Library. Contact and resource information is available on the library page.
