  • If an employee declines the college provided health insurance plan, and has other primary health insurance coverage. Dental and vision plans are provided at no cost to the employee

Life – UNUM

  • Effective first day of month after date of hire
  • Term life equal to one year salary

Paid by employee through payroll deduction:

Dental – Delta Dental: Payable on a pre-tax basis

Life, UNUM (Supplemental Term Insurance)

  • Within 30 days of hire date, eligible for a guaranteed issue of an amount equal to annual salary
  • Increased coverage available up to three times annual salary

Vision – VSP

  • Payable on a pre-tax basis

Leave Accruals

  • Sick Leave – eligible for full-time employees
  • Vacation Leave – eligible for full-time, 12-month employees

  • State College Optional Retirement Plan (SCORP) – available to faculty, administrators and instructional supervisors
