Benefits of Membership

Welcome to the SFSC Alumni Association. We are excited that you want to be a part of your Panther Family to connect, network, and get involved. The mission of the SFSC Alumni Association is to encourage a lifelong interest in our College through its alumni and friends. Our hope is that by joining the Alumni Association you will enjoy the benefits provided for you and that the relationship with your alma mater enhances for the better, to serve our community, our College, and you as the alum.

Below is an outline of the levels of SFSC Alumni Association Membership and the benefits offered. Review them all and decide which level best suits you at this time. The membership is valid for a calendar year from the time you enroll, through December 31 of the current year; with the exception of the Lifetime Membership, as it has no expiration date. FREE annual membership fee

Renewal option with upgrade available to Level 2 or 3

Level 2

$25 annual membership fee
10% of your membership fee supports the SFSC Alumni Association Scholarship
Sign up through the online application
Valid for the calendar year: date signed up until Dec. 31 of the current year
Receive a welcome letter that includes a Level 2 SFSC Alumni Discount Card
Immediately start receiving benefits
SFSC Bookstore 15% discount in-store only; must present your valid membership card
Renewal option with upgrade available to Level 3

Level 3

$75 annual membership fee
10% of your membership fee supports the SFSC Alumni Association Scholarship
Sign up through the online application

Immediately start receiving benefits

Lifetime Panther Level

$300 Lifetime membership fee
10% of your membership fee supports the SFSC Alumni Association Scholarship

Alumni Gear at the SFSC Bookstore

The SFSC Bookstore in Building B on the Highlands Campus sells an array of apparel, accessories, and gifts to spread Panther pride. You can also access the SFSC Bookstore online and have Panther gear shipped right to your doorstep.

Level 2 SFSC Alumni Members receive a 15% discount at the bookstore (in-store only.) As a Level 3 and Lifetime Panther Level SFSC Alumni Member you will receive a 20% discount at the bookstore (in-store only). Present your current year SFSC Alumni Membership Card for your in-store purchases.

Catch Shows and Entertainment at the SFSC Performing Arts Venues

South Florida State College’s Performing Arts program has been providing affordable, high-quality entertainment in Florida’s Heartland since 1984. Be sure to catch a show at the No. 1 entertainment venue in the Heartland.

As a Level 3 or Lifetime Panther Level SFSC Alumni Member you will receive a 15% discount for SFSC Performing Arts performances (purchase at the box office only.) Present your current year SFSC Alumni Membership Card for box office purchases.

Have fun and support the SFSC Foundation Events & Fundraisers

The SFSC Foundation provides financial support for today’s students with the opportunity for enhanced access to an affordable, quality education, training, and experience they will need to excel as tomorrow’s leaders. Become a friend of the foundation helping current and future SFSC Students with their higher education goals and have fun at the same time with one of the events and fundraisers.

As a Level 3 or Lifetime Panther Level SFSC Alumni Member you will receive a discount on the different events and fundraisers. Present your current year SFSC Alumni Membership Card for in-person discounts or call 863-784-7440 to verify with a Foundation staff member to receive the discount.
