June WeyrauchWith over a decade at South Florida State College, June Weyrauch is enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve as the coordinator of grants development and federal relations. Weyrauch’s experience spans various administrative and student services roles within the College, allowing her to contribute to essential initiatives, including meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills. Beyond academia, Weyrauch held diverse leadership roles, from serving as a board member for eCourt Reporters and her HOA to managing a dental office. This diverse background has instilled in Weyrauch a flexible and adaptable approach that she brings to her position as she is responsible for corresponding with each grant’s principal investigator and numerous key stakeholders in the development and implementation of each grant. 

Weyrauch’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Hodges University, where she graduated with summa cum laude honors. Committed to ongoing personal and professional development, Weyrauch also held various elected positions for the local chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) while providing leadership in coordinating the AFC Region IV conferences at SFSC. She has received several college awards including the President’s Meritorious Award for Panther Spirit in 2011 and Outstanding Professional Employee in 2017.  She received the Golden Duck Award in 2010 honoring her commitment to nursing students. Currently, Weyrauch is a member of the Grant Professionals Association and the Florida Colleges Resource Development Committee and continues to be an active member of AFC. She proudly serves the local veterans as a lifetime member of the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary. Weyrauch is eager to leverage her breadth of experience and skills to contribute meaningfully to the college’s mission of securing grants for its progressive initiatives.
