AVON PARK, Fla.–Feb. 2, 2015–Forty-three student-athletes at South Florida State College (SFSC) had the opportunity to work collaboratively with Woodlawn Elementary students to build bridges out of recycled materials during the school’s “Building Bridges” themed Literacy Week on Friday, Jan. 30. This is the fourth supported educational partnership so far this year for SFSC student-athletes at Woodlawn Elementary, as a part SFSC Athletics annual service to community effort.
