Emergency Medical Service Programs:
The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program provides quality instruction to prepare students for certification as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) or Paramedics in Florida. If students wish, completers of these certificate programs can be admitted into the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Emergency Medical Services program.
Career Opportunities
Successful completion of the EMS, EMT, and/or Paramedic programs can lead to immediate rewarding careers with public emergency medical service agencies, private emergency medical service providers, fire services, industrial settings, hospital emergency departments, or flight services.
