STEMQuest is coming to the SFSC’s Highlands Campus Oct. 24, 9 a.m.-noon. Sessions teach middle school children about exciting opportunities in the fields of science, technology, math, and engineering. Each session is $20 per child.

Spend the morning exploring one of our country’s rarest and unique habitats: the Florida scrub. Discover rare plants, practice observation skills, act out animal behavior, and express your creativity. Participants receive a free Florida scrub coloring book. Dress for the outdoors with sunscreen and bring your water bottles and binoculars.
